| Genetic information | DeltaEGFR cDNA was cloned under the control of the albumin mouse locus harbored in BAC clone RP23-27P6 (chromosome 5) by recombineering techniques (up to 160Kbp of this construct were injected). Three transgenic mouse lines were produced; this description corresponds to line 5044, with 4-6 copies. These mice are, currently, in F4 generation of backcrossing to C57BL/6J. |
