Genetic information | The line was obtained by microinjection of a circular murine BAC transgene (RP23-380M24), previously modified by recombineering at the ATG of the Dlk1 gene of a rabbit-b-globin intron-CreERT2 cassette followed by a flipped PGK-Tn5-Kana/NeoR cassette. The genetic background of the fertilized oocytes was FVB/N. The founder was then backcrossed to a C57BL/6J genetic background. The subline 26.10 was analyzed and cryopreserved. The information available on the characterization of the line, e.g. expression analysis, histology, paper reference, is available on the web page linked here. |
