Genetic informationHdc conditional tm1c allele generated by the following ES cells: Hdctm1a(EUCOMM)Hmgu, clone line JM8A3.N1. The generated mice were then crossed with the B6.Cg-Tg(ACTFLP-L)Dym flp recombinase-deleter strain, which was backcrossed on a C57BL/6J background (N11). We want to freeze down the tm1c allele after crossing with flp-deleter strain.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
None. The floxed Hdc line was crossed with Pdx1-cre (pancreatic cre recombinase driver) and no pancreatic phenotype was detected.

Heterozygous:
None. The floxed Hdc line was crossed with Pdx1-cre (pancreatic cre recombinase driver) and no pancreatic phenotype was detected.
Breeding historyOriginally C57BL/6N and then maintained on C57BL/6J.

Availabilities

Requesting frozen sperm or embryos is generally advisable wherever possible, in order to minimise the shipment of live mice.

  • Frozen sperm. Delivered in 4 weeks (after paperwork in place). €1740*
  • Rederivation of mice from frozen stock, delivery time available upon request . €3880*

Due to the dynamic nature of our processes strain availability may change at short notice. The local repository manager will advise you in these circumstances.

* In addition users have to cover all the shipping costs (including the cost for returning dry-shippers, where applicable).
