Genetic informationThis allele was derived from the B6-Lpar1tm1a(EUCOMM)Wtsi/Flmg line (EMMA strain EM:09092), by removing the FRT-flanked LacZ and neomycin selection cassette via flp-mediated recombination. The resulting allele has exon 3 (2nd coding exon; ENSMUSE00001261995) flanked by loxP sites providing conditionality. The absence of the LacZ and neomycin cassette was confirmed by PCR.
