Genetic informationA tdTomato-ires-Cre cassette was inserted by homologous recombination into the RP23-341J22 bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC). The cassette was inserted into exon 2 with the ATG of the tdTomato replacing the endogenous ATG. The recombined BAC was then used to generate the transgenic mouse.
