Genetic informationC57BL/6N mouse oocytes were injected by RP23-166C22 BAC DNA containing whole Tnfrsf19 (Troy) gene with 65, 88 kbp overhangs on 5', 3' ends, respectively. CreERT2 coding sequence is incorporated into translation initiating ATG of second exon of Tnfrsf19 gene. These mice should provide an insight to importance of Tnfrsf19 gene in context of Wnt signaling. This will be achievable after crossbreeding with either loxP reporter mice or another loxP mouse which will ablates Wnt signaling in cells where Cre recombinase is expressed.
Phenotypic informationThe mouse strain does not show specific phenotype.
Breeding historyMouse strain is kept on heterozygous basis. Transgenic animals are crossed with C57BL/6N partners.
