Genetic information | A cassette encoding eGFP and a localization and affinity purification tag (LAP-TAG) sequence was inserted in frame to the end of the Ncr1 gene (NKp46). This construct results in a NKp46-enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP)-LAPTAG fusion protein which replaced the endogenous NKp46 protein. All the Ncr1+ (NKp46+) NK cells expressed eGFP. |
Phenotypic information | There is no significant phenotype. |
Breeding history | These mice are on a C57BL/6 background. |
