Information from provider
Provider | Anton Berns |
Provider affiliation | Research - Animal Facility, The Netherlands Cancer Institute |
Genetic information | Two frt sequences were inserted into the introns surrounding exon 19 of the Rb1 gene. Using a two step hit-and-run gene targeting strategy these frt sites were introduced into the mouse genome. An Hprt resistance gene was included that allowed both positive and negative selection in the HM-1, Hprt-deficient ES cell line. |
Phenotypic information | Conditional Rb1 (RbFR) mutant; no phenotype. |
