Information from provider

Provider Lexicon Genetics, Inc.
Provider affiliationLexicon Pharmaceuticals
Phenotypic informationGenetic data indicate that the mutation resulted in lethality of the homozygous mutants. The heterozygous mice exhibited enhanced motor coordination during inverted screen testing when compared with their wild-type littermates. Due to lethality, transcript expression analysis was not performed.

Availabilities

Requesting frozen sperm or embryos is generally advisable wherever possible, in order to minimise the shipment of live mice.

  • Frozen embryos. Delivered in 4 weeks (after paperwork in place). €1740*
