Information from provider

Provider Lexicon Genetics, Inc.
Provider affiliationLexicon Pharmaceuticals
Phenotypic informationThe mutation resulted in lethality to homozygous mutant mice during early gestation. Total bilirubin levels were elevated in half of the heterozygous mice and were in the high range for the majority of the remaining (-/+) animals. Microscopic analysis revealed membranous glomerulonephritis and lymphoid depletion of splenic lymphoid follicles in the (-/+) mice. Due to embryonic lethality, transcript expression analysis was not performed.
