Information from provider

ProviderJosé M Cuezva
Provider affiliationCentro de Biología Molecular, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
Genetic informationWe used the Atp5if1-floxed mouse generated and described in our PLoS Biol 2021 publication (doi.org/10.1371/journal.pbio.3001252), crossed with mice expressing cre recombinase under the CD4 promoter, producing mice with deleted Atp5if1 (IF1) in CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
None, except when stressed by infection.

Heterozygous:
Not studied.
Breeding history6-7 generations in C57BL/6J.
