Genetic information	The line was obtained by microinjection of a circular murin BAC transgene (RP23-93K3), previously modified by recombineering at the ATG of the Myh6 gene of a rabbit-b-globin intron-CreERT2 cassette followed by a flipped PGK-Tn5-Kana/NeoR cassette. The genetic background of the fertilized oocytes was C57BL/6J x SJL/J. The founder was backcrossed in a C57BL/6J genetic background. The subline 12.8 was analyzed and cryopreserved.
