Genetic information	The line was obtained by microinjection of a circular murine BAC transgene (RP23-130D15), previously modified by recombineering at the ATG of the Cd4 gene of a rabbit-b-globin intron-CreERT2 cassette followed by a flipped PGK-Tn5-Kana/NeoR cassette. The genetic background of the fertilized oocytes was FVB/N. The founder was then backcrossed to a C57BL/6J genetic background. The subline 6.3/5 was analyzed and cryopreserved.
