Genetic informationThe Troy-eGFP-IRES-CreERT2 transgenic mice express the fluorescence marker eGFP and the tamoxifen inducible recombinase (CreERT2) driven by the Tnfrsf19 (Troy) promotor. Mice were generated by homologous recombination by inserting an eGFP-IRES-CreERT2 cassette with a Neomycin cassette flanked by loxP sites into the translational start site (exon 2) of Tnfrsf19.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Homozygous Troy-eGFP-IRES-CreERT2 mice are phenotypically unaffected.

Heterozygous:
Heterozygous Troy-eGFP-IRES-CreERT2 mice are phenotypically unaffected.
Breeding historyThe mice were generated with IB10/E14IB10 ES cells. Offsprings were bred to FlpO mice to remove the Neomycin resistance cassette. From then on mice were crossed as sib-matings.
