Genetic informationMice were generated by bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) transgenesis (BAC RPCI446D10). A tetracycline transactivator gene (tTA) was inserted downstream of the Ccl19 promoter and followed by an internal ribosomal entry site (IRES) with downstream tdTomato gene and polyadenylation signal. The recombined BAC construct obtained was microinjected into oocytes from C57BL/6 mice.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Ccl19-expressing cells express tTA and tdTomato.

Heterozygous:
Ccl19-expressing cells express tTA and tdTomato. Similar to EMMA strain EM:13137
Breeding historyBackcrossed to C57BL/6.
