| Genetic information | Sprague Dawley rat. Tandem duplications of Cbs gene using CRISPR/Cas9 engineering. We targeted an extend sequence of the gene locus from one allele and the CRISPR/Cas9 system allowed us to cut and transpose those sequences to the same locus on the second allele.
