ICS Researchers Publish New Advances in CRISPR Genome Editing Efficiency

Our partners at the Institut Clinique de la Souris (ICS) have recently published a new mini-review titled “Enhancing Genome Editing Efficiency with CRISPR/Cas9 and rAAV,” released in December 2024 in Mammalian Genome.
The publication explores how recombinant adeno-associated viruses (rAAV) can significantly improve the efficiency of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing, particularly for generating precise knock-in and knock-out mutations in animal models. The review highlights recent advancements, ongoing challenges, and key protocol optimisations that help researchers achieve more efficient and accurate genetic modifications.
