Czech Centre for Phenogenomics Obtains a GLP Certificate

November 11, 2024

Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (CCP) has obtained a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) certificate that authorises CCP to perform and provide non-clinical drug safety studies. Studies conducted under the GLP regime are recognised in the registration procedures of medicinal products, and without safety studies, clinical trials of new potential drugs cannot be started.

CCP focuses primarily on toxicity tests with potential future expansion to other types of studies, e.g. biodistribution studies. The basis of the good laboratory practice system is to guarantee the high quality, integrity and reliability of the obtained data. This opens up new cooperation opportunities in the field of preclinical drug testing.

Congratulations!
