PHENOMIN-ICS Recombinase Collection

The PHENOMIN-ICS recombinase collection is a collection of promoter specific recombinase drivers for deletion of a target gene in different cell types and/or tissues. It is composed of creERT2 driver lines that express a tamoxifen-dependent ere recombinase under the control of a specific promoter.

Several dozens of such lines generated by PHENOMIN-ICS are now available for worldwide distribution by INFRAFRONTIER/EMMA.
